Jeff has served as the General Counsel of a division of a Fortune 500 corporation for ten years, as a business services partner of a well regarded AMLAW 200 law firm for five years, and prior to that he spent eight years as a corporate lawyer for multinational corporations. He has experience leading and managing legal operations in both the manufacturing and retail sectors and in both domestic and international legal markets. He earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan. He has also participated in multiple executive leadership and management courses at Northwestern University, the University of Arizona, and the University of Virginia.

Bill has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a national ENR (Engineering News Record) 500 Design Firm for eight years, the Executive Director of Administration of a prestigious Michigan based Intellectual Property Law Practice for seven years, and prior to that he spent ten years as the senior financial executive of companies in other industries, including real estate development, property management, architecture, and transportation. He began his professional career and a five year stint in public accounting with Ernst & Young. He has a Master in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
