Phase I services include experienced consulting, data analysis, and the generation of written reports outlining the current legal function operation, the legal industry metrics, and the recommended changes to improve legal function operations and legal spend profiles.

Phase II services are tailored to the specific needs of the customer and include the implementation of the Phase I recommendations as well as referrals to both legal and non-legal professionals skilled in a number of different disciplines. These services may include the identification and vetting of lawyers to perform as (1) high quality, cost effective, outside legal counsel; (2) professional in-house legal managers; and (3) onshore and/or offshore contract legal counsel.  In addition, these services may include the identification and vetting of non-lawyer professionals involved with (1) risk management, insurance and claims handling; (2) technology and legal software products and services; and (3) training.
